On March 24, Commerce Minister Wang Wentao met with Pfizer chairman and CEO Albert Bourla. Minister Wang appreciated Pfizer’s contributions to China’s health cause, and emphasized China’s commitment to high-standard opening-up, and readiness to provide better services to FIEs to share the dividends of China’s enormous market, openness and development. The two sides also discussed Pfizer’s operation in China and pharmaceutical cooperation between China and the US industries.
